Job Duties

​

• Leads songs for Sunday morning worship service(s) and other special services (i.e. Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, video songs for online Lenten services, etc.)

• Chooses a fresh rotation of songs.

• Performs other administrative duties (Planning Center Services, CCLI reporting, etc.)

 

Personal and Professional Qualities 

 

• Proficiency with playing guitar and/or keyboards.

• Familiarity with modern / contemporary Christian music.

• Willingness to personally interact with the people of the congregation. We are looking for more than just an employee, but a valued, loved and integral member of our church.

• Has an upbeat and uplifting personal and musical style. Creates a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere in worship.

• Incorporates others into the music ministry and leads them with a welcoming and encouraging attitude.

• Theologically progressive.

Hours: Approximately 8-10 hours per week. Salary: $20.00 per hour.
