Assist with set-up and tear down of equipment for praise team musicians and sound system. Run the sound board or computer presentation during Sunday worship.
Worship Musicians – 7:00 – 7:45p every Thursday, – 9:15-11:00a every Sunday.

Worship musicians, both instrumental and vocal, must commit to weekly rehearsals and service attendance. Beyond the required musical skill, participants should be comfortable leading corporate prayer, reading Scripture aloud, and reading sheet music.

Assist in hospitality areas by making coffee, and staffing the refreshments and information tables before and after service. Also includes clean-up of there areas after worship.
Welcome Table – 9:15am – 11:30am one Sunday per month

Serve as a greeter to all who attend worship. Identify visitors when they arrive, answer any questions they might have, and assist them with feeling welcomed and comfortable.

Assist with greeting people when they arrive, hand out bulletins, assist with collection of offering, and provide security before, during, and after service.

Assist Pastor with distribution of Holy Communion. Following service, help clean up and pack Communion materials for storage.
Grace Place Teacher – 9:00am – 11:30am one Sunday per month

Teach children ages 3 thru 3rd grade the week’s Bible theme at one of our three centers. Centers are: art, Bible stories, and games.
Grace Place teachers for our 4th and 5th graders will supervise students in the Worship service and teach Bible lessons from a curriculum developed for pre-adolescents.

Assist the teachers by supervising children to and from the various Bible theme centers, the restroom, and the drinking fountain. Assist the teachers in facilitation of ‘center’ activities as requested.
