If you are alive and breathing, you experience stress. Stress can come when you face a job interview, have a fender bender in your car or even ride on a roller coaster. Stress can be a positive and motivating force in your life when it pushes you to make some needed changes and face some nagging issues you've been ignoring. But when stress paralyzes you and causes you to want to 'check out' of life, work, or relationships, you need to address it.
There are certain things you can do physically and emotionally to deal with stress, but you also have spiritual power and resources at your disposal to deal with it. It's when you face stress that you need God to provide you clarity and truth about your situation, resources to handle your stress and his calming presence during those anxious times. Let God help you transform your stress for your growth.
Let God help you be blessed in stress!
